The boxes are usable now. The scary “7 of 8 doors failing” reading was the gauge, not the fleet — the scoreboard under-counts greens (a chartered defect with fresh specimens banked tonight), while today’s real runs prove the working doors on all three lanes.

The factory repo rides the box lane only. The cloud sandbox lane structurally cannot carry it (private repo, and its history is ~56× the lane’s ship ceiling — proven, not assumed). The box lane has no ceiling and is the proven path.
The conductor comes in two shapes, and we have run both before (your pen, folded). The sealed one-shot card is a WORKER shape, not the conductor’s cage. The conductor itself is a persistent Fable session — one per lane, holding its arc end-to-end: it plans, dispatches sealed workers to its bay, convenes its courts, folds its landings, composes its own next round — reporting to the keeper desk, which folds to you. The chartered v2 build hardens this seat; it no longer invents it.
The adversary practice is proven on the desk, staged for the boxes. Five courts ran tonight under the typed contract and killed five subjects — Mac-side. The kit is already on the bays; per-bay rounds wait on one pilot receipt, not on hope.
Alie’s pass calibrated the inspector — and your pen framed it. Most flags were real dead files no visitor ever sees. The standard is FIDELITY — original site to neuron copy, every delta recorded — graded on a severity ladder. The visitor question defines P0, the top rung; it is the alarm test, not the whole rubric.
The spine — how an objective becomes verified work on a bay
The charter. The keeper hands each conductor an OBJECTIVE with a done-line, bounds, and escalation rules — never a plan. The conductor owns its arc end-to-end inside those walls.
The plan round. A read-only dispatch. The conductor’s first deliverable is its typed plan: the slices and their order · which workers on which models and why · how each slice gets verified, with every gate able to FAIL · when the adversary attacks · what “landed” means · what it will spend · its risks · the one ruling it needs. No plan, no build.

The red pen. The desk ratifies each conductor’s plan — including frame calls — under Robert’s delegation (his pen: “frame should go to you, I think you get what I want by now; if you’re ever unsure then ask me”). Every ratification is banked in writing beside the plan. What still always reaches Robert: genuine uncertainty, spend beyond standing caps, deletions, trunk merges, and his named holds.
Build rounds. The conductor conducts its own workers per the ratified plan — heavy on the cheap fast seat, hard diagnosis on the stronger builders. One writer per surface, claims filed before writing. The conductor mints no branches and merges nothing.
Mechanical gates on-box. Only checks a computer can re-verify run on the box; receipts go to custody. A door saying “complete” is a claim — the transcript cross-check is the truth.
The court. Non-author verdict legs, composed by independence and fit; in-box is allowed because independence binds the author, not the location. Verdicts travel as claim + basis + residuals + recompute pointers. A second refutation of the same surface indicts the frame — the question escalates instead of accepting a third cleverer patch.
The adversary round. Every cured head gets one full attack round: charges composed from the wound library, an independent bench, kills banked with their cure class, the next sheet composed automatically. Runs Mac-side until the on-box pilot receipt lands; then it rides each bay.
The landing. The desk folds custody, pushes, merges under your delegated taps, and the board updates. You get a scene only when a teammate, site, or visitor is affected — or your word is needed.
The recharge. The next round composes from the banked record. An idle bay is an alarm, never a rest.
The four charters — re-cut to the Board’s six arcs
Your correction, folded: objectives derive from the standing arcs, not tonight’s episodes — the episode work survives as conditions inside the arcs it always belonged to. Six arcs onto four boxes pairs by shared machinery; box 4 carries the desk’s one argued refinement, marked as opinion.
Box 1 — The factory runs itself and shows itself (the loop runs itself + the line is visible)
Done means: a new domain reaches Ready with nobody touching anything, and one glance answers “is the factory moving and where is it stuck.” The Board’s conditions: the door copies solo with typed holds and readable death records (today’s door-death classes land here — the bookkeeping kills, the malware-unknown policy); the grader runs hands-free (door-derived page lists; died runs announce themselves); verdicts flow to the sheet; the machinery survives restarts and yells when dead; the tally auto-draws from the machine’s own books; long-parked sites alarm.
Box 2 — Sites become launchable (arc 3, full-ringer — the biggest arc, its own box)
Done means: “Ready” means every page visited (door-derived lists close the missed-pages hole) · every page checked for the right things — fidelity, original to copy, every delta graded on the P-ladder · the grader tells the truth (the three miscount classes cured; verify-before-alarm; the judge stage wired and fail-loud; a planted-defect proof per grader version) · the copies are complete (the healer plus the wound-class cures: the mangled-logo bug, origin-blocked downloads, the aechd class, dynamic endpoints dispositioned) · receipts on every Ready.

Box 4 — The courtroom (the desk’s argued opinion — your pen decides)
Done means: every landing from boxes 1–3 gets its non-author court same-day, on a box that never authored it; adversary rounds run per cured head once the pilot receipt lands; the team-can-drive machine conditions ride here as they unblock (the sync-lane court; the green-only switch when the four re-grade).
Why this and not a thin arc-6 conductor: the speed law — parallelism is bounded by verification. A dedicated courtroom is what lets three build lanes run wide without thinning a single check. The alternative (box 4 = the team-can-drive arc, courts distributed) is one pen-stroke away.

What we want from inspectors — fidelity + the P-ladder
The standard is the original. The inspector’s job is fidelity — original site to neuron copy, every delta recorded. (Your pen: “I do want them to look from original to neuron site.”)
Every delta carries a severity grade — the P-ladder. P0 = launch-blocker: a visitor would notice or feel it, or a trust surface breaks (forms, missing pages, logos/nav, SEO). P1 = real but minor — ships, with a punch-list entry (the popup-photo class). P2 = invisible or cosmetic — healer queue and ledgers, zero alarm. NOISE and SELF-HEALS are adjudicated out, with receipts.
Observe everything, alarm on P0 only. The probe records every fact; only adjudicated P0s reach a human. That kills the always-on smoke alarm without blinding anyone.
Verify before alarming. Every failed resource gets one direct machine re-fetch before it may be reported — tonight’s desk method (529 flags re-fetched, ~78% alive) becomes the pipeline’s own reflex.
Provable in both directions. Precision measured against human spot-checks (Alie’s eight verdicts, banked as the seed set); blindness made impossible quietly — planted defects per grader version, and a judge that fails loud when it never ran.
Engines and meters
Conductors: the frontier conductor seat (Fable). It plans and conducts; it never grades itself and never merges.
Workers: heavy on the cheap fast seat on the boxes — proven today, fixed engine build, no size ceiling. Hard diagnosis rides the stronger builders; public/small work can ride the metered cloud lane.
Courts: composed per verdict doctrine — independence + fit, depth scaled by stakes. The two benched engines stay benched.
Adversary: the standing meta-adversary seat (Opus), one full round per invocation.
Said out loud, your two knobs: (1) the fast seat’s DAILY meter cap is 200 rounds — a heavy fleet can hit it even with the monthly at 2000; raising it is one line, yours. (2) those briefs are provider-collected under your named exemption — they will be client-repo briefs; the standing ruling covers it, and it rides here in the open rather than in fine print.

The one-round law
No mid-flight red pen exists today — the round-trip is between dispatches. Plans must stay small enough to ratify whole. The persistent seat (v2) fixes this properly.
Disk
The recurring wound on both Mac and bays until the chartered cures land. Twice today it stopped a lane. Headroom check before every dispatch is standing.
Meter binding
A heavy fast-seat fleet can hit the daily cap mid-arc and stall lanes silently unless the cap is raised or the desk budgets rounds per bay.
Unproven box adversary
Five kills tonight were Mac-side. The per-bay cadence stays gated on one pilot receipt — written into the charters, not assumed.
Collision with live human work
